Its a lovely theme - light and easy. However, since I installed it the images within posts are tiny - the thumbnails I can only bring up to about 100x100 no matter what I set and if I alow full images to be inserted they are even smaller then Thumbnails. Any help appreciated.

Also - how can I put my own logo?

to add your own logo, go to your header template and you'll add your image so it looks something like this:
